You collect it from your sponsors and hand it over to the charity of your choice - we suggest you contact the charity before the event to ensure you know where and to whom to send the money to.
Will it rain?
We hope not but please come suitably prepared - why not check the weather forecasts a few days before the walk to ensure you are ready for whatever the Lake District weather has in store - remember it may be so nice you need to bring sun-block!
What happens in case of an emergency?
The organisers have prepared a detailed plan to cover all eventualities; there will be an emergency vehicle at a startegic location, marshalls will be posted at regular intervals along the route and we will be in contact with the local Mountain Rescue Team. Please at all times follow the instructions of the Marshalls.
What time does the walk start?
You can start at any time between 10.00 and 12.00 and all the walks will have finished by 5pm.
